INITIAL MEETING

At the initial meeting, we will answer any questions that you may have about our company, the selling process, and possibly what adjustments need to be made within your home to make it as marketable as possible. At this time, we will also tour your home and compile necessary information about it so that we can accurately compare it to the rest of the homes that have recently sold or are available in your neighborhood.

CMA PREPARATION

We will prepare a Current Market Analysis (CMA) on your home. In this report, we will identify the best comparable properties in your neighborhood, both sold and available, to determine an optimal listing price which will capture both maximum value and the shortest time on the market.

MARKETING MEETING

Once the CMA is completed, we will meet with you to review it and determine the best listing price. At this point, we will discuss the most effective ways to market your home. Structure Real Estate Group uses many avenues to market our listings, including but not limited to:

LISTING YOUR HOME

After completing the listing agreement according to the terms we have decided on, we will walk you step-by-step through the document so that you fully understand it. Your home will then be listed on the MLS and marketed in the ways listed above.

SHOWINGS

Once your home is listed, we will determine the best way to show your home. We can set showing parameters to fit your busy schedule and stay in contact with you so you know when showings will occur. Once they do, we will seek feedback from the showing party to determine any deterring or appealing features of the home. We use Sentri lock boxes so that we know who has toured your home, keeping your belongings as secure as possible.

ENTERTAINING OFFERS

Offers that are submitted will be reviewed with you to ensure you understand the details. We will help you negotiate the best terms and conditions to fit your needs.

OFFER ACCEPTANCE

Once we get an offer that is acceptable to you, we will review the contract with you. At this point, we will fill out the necessary documents and set the closing date.

BETWEEN OFFER AND CLOSING

We will work with you and the title company to prepare needed documents and ensure their accuracy. The settle statement and any inspection notices will also be reviewed with you.

CLOSING

We will be with you the day of closing to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish and to answer any questions you may have. You have now closed on your property!
